STUDENT SURVEY - CIVIL ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM

As a student of our B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology program, the Gildart Haase School of Computer Sciences and Engineering would like to hear your feedback about our program. Please complete the following survey to help us assess what we are doing and how well we are doing it.

Be assured that your individual responses will be kept confidential. Results of this survey will be made available only in the form of statistical summaries. There will be no way for someone analyzing the results to make a connection between an individual student and his or her individual responses.

This survey is about your personal experiences as an Civil Engineering Technology major at FDU.

Please select the best response as it applies to you PERSONALLY, not to the general population of Civil Engineering Technology students.

Listed below are “Program Outcomes” required by our program accrediting agency, the “Technology Accreditation Commission” (TAC) of the “Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology” (ABET). We have adopted the TAC/ABET Program Outcomes as Program Outcomes for our B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology program.

These “Program Outcomes” state the skills, knowledge and attributes that we would like our graduates to possess BEFORE OR UPON GRADUATION. We would like to know how well you are prepared to meet these goals at the time of graduation. Your response will help us to modify the program as needed to ensure that these “Program Outcome” goals are met.

  1. We are interested in knowing how well our BS in Civil Engineering Technology program has helped you personally meet each of these “Program Outcomes”. Please note that the achievement of a program outcome can be the result of any course or courses (CET or non-CET), as well as those outside-of-class experiences (such as ASCE, MCA membership) as long as they were FDU-related.
