What are Evidence-Based Interventions? 

Evidence-based interventions (empirically-based interventions) refers to treatment interventions that have undergone rigorous scientific evaluation and have been found to be effective at improving behavior concerns and/or strengths in children, adolescents, and/or adults (e.g., parents, teachers).  Some empirically-based interventions can be implemented in schools, clinics, and/or the community.
